PAB held Three Days Training Camp for Blind Cricketers

Pakistan Association of Blind (PAB) chapter Nawabshah, held three days training camp for blind cricketers at Bilawal sports Complex Nawabshah. Mr. Jamal Mustafa Syed inaugurated the camp by making shot of ball in the ground. Speaking the ceremony Mr. Jamal Mustafa Syed lauded the services of PAB for organizing such programmes. He said that disability is not name of hindrance but it is name of challenge. Blind cricket team of Pakistan is honour for the nation that they are world champion in Blind Cricket. He assured all possible support for the promotion of blind cricket in the district.
Earlier Mr. Muzfar Qureshi Provincial President PAB informed about the purpose of the camp in Nawabshah. He informed that there are 22 players have participated from 11 branches of PAB Sindh. PAB is going to organize All Pakistan Blind Cricket Tournament on 21st March in Karachi, through this camp training is being imparted to the players.
Mr. Abdullah Rajpar President PAB Nawabshah said that blind people are committed to serve for the Nation, the big ratio of disability with sight effected is badly maltreated in the society. He demanded of special care and encouragement by the society.
Mr. Abid Lashari President Nawabshah Disability Forum (NDF) said that NDF has always supported disability cause without any difference of the nature of disability. He said such programmes of sports are source of inspiration and encouragement for people with disability. Such programmes build up confidence of disabled people that they are able to do some thing different. He thanked DCO Sahib for ensuring his presence to encourage PAB’s efforts.
